Operational management: Work coordination using segregation "bubbles" to operate alongside plant activities, minimizing production impact through intensive execution schedules. Contractor coordination: Leadership of multiple vendors and execution-vs-design verification to ensure the technical integrity of the solution. Commissioning & validation: Startup protocols, transition management between systems, and validation of new cleaning recipes. System performance: Continuous monitoring and technical improvements during the initial operational phase. Project Overview Following an update in global hygiene standards, the client implemented a high-tech Cleaning in Place (CIP) system. The project was executed under EHEDG, 3-A Sanitary Standards, and internal company standards. The main challenge was the assembly and commissioning within a confined space while the plant remained fully operational, ensuring total segregation of work areas. Project Overview A major client projected a new strategic port terminal in Uruguay for pulp and raw material transport. The European firm leading the project required a local partner with deep expertise in national and international standards. Scope included fire protection systems design under NFPA and MDP standards. Integration & 3D modeling: Definition of tie-in points with existing infrastructure through 3D modeling, ensuring functional compatibility without interferences. Procurement strategy : Preparation of technical tender documents and cost estimation focused on selecting contractors capable of meeting the critical shutdown schedule. Site supervision: On-site technical direction to ensure construction quality and strict compliance with delivery deadlines. Project Overview A major client required the expansion of its maintenance workshop and logistics warehouse, operated by Andritz, with the critical goal of being operational for the upcoming plant shutdown. We designed an infrastructure linked to the existing building and implemented a procurement strategy with bidding documents that contractually enforced compliance with the established milestones. Integration of all disciplines through 3D modeling for interference detection and design optimization. Procurement management: Preparation of technical bidding documents and execution of technical-economic evaluations of the received proposals. Commissioning: Execution of startup equipment to guarantee final plant operability according to business requirements.
