Project Overview

A major client projected a new strategic port terminal in Uruguay for pulp and raw material transport. The European firm leading the project required a local partner with deep expertise in national and international standards.

Due to the project's scale, the scope evolved into comprehensive on-site management, assuming construction supervision, site direction, and critical equipment commissioning.

Our Company Scope

Contractor management: Direct administration of more than 25 major contracts across civil, mechanical, electrical, piping, and equipment disciplines.

On-site coordination: Coordination of simultaneous contractors, ensuring safety and constructability.

Quality control: Inspection of works to guarantee compliance with engineering design and project requirements.

Risk management: Proactive identification and mitigation of construction site deviations.

Commissioning: Execution of startup protocols for the terminal's equipment.
