Project Overview
A major client required the development of a new plant for organic waste composting. To make the investment viable, the company needed a strategic partner to lead the CAPEX definition. Our role focused on transforming business requirements into a solid technical design basis, providing a precise cost estimation based on engineering and real market values.
Our Company Scope
Project planning: Requirements gathering, definition of design bases, and structuring of work packages and involved engineering disciplines.
Basic engineering & integration: Development of basic engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, and earthworks) suitable for bidding, with multidisciplinary integration via 3D Modeling.
Procurement strategy: Preparation of technical bidding documents and direct management with bidders to ensure proposal competitiveness.
CAPEX estimation: Consolidation of all project costs (engineering, equipment, materials, and construction) to support the client's financial decision-making.
