Project Overview

An important client required the detail engineering for the urgent construction of a critical 16” pipeline section (main crude oil intake) for an important refinery.

As a Brownfield project in a high-risk operational environment, the client’s need focused on a high-precision technical solution to allow for pre-fabrication and minimize on-site hot work for safety reasons.

Our Company Scope

  • Modeling & integration: Discipline coordination via BIM (ISO 19650). Existing facility survey using Point Cloud and 3D modeling.

  • Detail engineering: Development of piping, structural, electrical, and civil engineering under ASME, API, and AISC standards. Electrical panels designed with ATEX certification.

  • Deliverable strategy: Fast-track partial deliveries to anticipate procurement and fabrication, ensuring project deadlines were met.
