Project Overview
Following an update in global hygiene standards, the client implemented a high-tech Cleaning in Place (CIP) system. The project was executed under EHEDG, 3-A Sanitary Standards, and internal company standards.
The main challenge was the assembly and commissioning within a confined space while the plant remained fully operational, ensuring total segregation of work areas.
Our Company Scope
Site supervision & quality: Technical site direction ensuring sanitary design and food-grade quality requirements.
Operational management: Work coordination using segregation "bubbles" to operate alongside plant activities, minimizing production impact through intensive execution schedules.
Contractor coordination: Leadership of multiple vendors and execution-vs-design verification to ensure the technical integrity of the solution.
Commissioning & validation: Startup protocols, transition management between systems, and validation of new cleaning recipes.
System performance: Continuous monitoring and technical improvements during the initial operational phase.
