A multinational corporation required the expansion and modernization of its operational offices to align with new infrastructure guidelines that foster collaboration and creativity. We took charge of the project management during its early phase, focusing on strategic planning and scope definition. The core challenge involved aligning diverse local and international stakeholders with the approved budget, ensuring the project strictly pursued core business objectives.

Business alignment: Led the initial phase to identify strategic goals and define the technical scope, maximizing the value delivered to the company.


Project planning: Guided conceptual engineering and final scope definition by aligning stakeholders, identifying early risks, and structuring the master schedule.


CAPEX structuring: Consolidated the project scope and cost estimation to prepare the approval package for the European headquarters.


Procurement management: Managed initial design and engineering procurement, alongside defining the global purchasing strategy for the entire project lifecycle.
