Project Overview
A major client required the expansion of its maintenance workshop and logistics warehouse, operated by Andritz, with the critical goal of being operational for the upcoming plant shutdown.
We designed an infrastructure linked to the existing building and implemented a procurement strategy with bidding documents that contractually enforced compliance with the established milestones.
Our Company Scope
Engineering & design: Development of civil, architectural, electrical, and lighting engineering suitable for bidding. Scope included fire protection systems design under NFPA and MDP standards.
Integration & 3D modeling: Definition of tie-in points with existing infrastructure through 3D modeling, ensuring functional compatibility without interferences.
Procurement strategy: Preparation of technical tender documents and cost estimation focused on selecting contractors capable of meeting the critical shutdown schedule.
Site supervision: On-site technical direction to ensure construction quality and strict compliance with delivery deadlines.
