Project Overview
A major client needed to expand its storage capacity for large-volume chemicals with high operational criticality. The project demanded rigorous technical design focused on risk mitigation.
We designed the engineering to guarantee an infrastructure that meets safety and environmental protection standards while remaining scalable, allowing for future expansions without requiring additional huge investment.
Our Company Scope
Requirements & safety analysis: Definition of technical criteria and comprehensive design of protection systems under NFPA standards and MDP specific guidelines.
Logistics & accessibility engineering: Strategic layout design to optimize operational flow and plant accessibility.
Engineering design & integration: Development of multidisciplinary basic engineering (civil, electrical, HVAC, fire protection), and 3D model integration.
Procurement management: Preparation of technical bidding documents and execution of technical analysis of bidders.
Site supervision: On-site technical direction and control to ensure compliance with design and safety standards during construction.
