Commissioning & validation: Startup protocols, transition management between systems, and validation of new cleaning recipes. System performance: Continuous monitoring and technical improvements during the initial operational phase. Project Overview Following an update in global hygiene standards, the client implemented a high-tech Cleaning in Place (CIP) system. The project was executed under EHEDG, 3-A Sanitary Standards, and internal company standards. The main challenge was the assembly and commissioning within a confined space while the plant remained fully operational, ensuring total segregation of work areas. Integration & 3D modeling: Definition of tie-in points with existing infrastructure through 3D modeling, ensuring functional compatibility without interferences. Procurement strategy : Preparation of technical tender documents and cost estimation focused on selecting contractors capable of meeting the critical shutdown schedule. Site supervision: On-site technical direction to ensure construction quality and strict compliance with delivery deadlines. This included understanding operational and regulatory requirements, with continuous reporting to stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment. Fire protection: Direct management with FM Global to validate warehouse safety standards, specifically focusing on protection systems for racks exceeding current regulatory heights in flammable material areas. Site supervision: On-site technical direction and control to ensure project constructability under strict safety (Zero Accidents), quality, and budget standards. Project Overview A major client needed to increase its storage capacity for raw materials and finished goods at its concentrates unit to support production growth and reduce operating costs. We acted as an extension of the client's project team, leading the end-to-end management and serving as the link between operational requirements and technical execution. The primary challenge was designing the rack layout that met the international standards of the insurer FM Global for handling flammable products in high-bay racking configurations.
