Project Overview
A major client required an increase in the production capacity of its evaporation plant to prevent production line shutdowns.
The project presented high technical and logistical complexity, with critical supply and execution timelines dependent on the scheduled plant shutdown window. We designed and implemented a risk mitigation plan and a robust procurement strategy to ensure schedule compliance. Schedule and budget were met.
