Project Overview
An important client aimed to recycle its largest waste stream into a high-pH inert material suitable for agricultural production. We managed the full project lifecycle as strategic partners, from initial requirements and process simulations to final commissioning.
The primary challenge was coordinating a large-scale, multidisciplinary project involving significant earthworks and diverse infrastructure.
Our Company Scope
Strategic project planning: Leadership in comprehensive planning and coordination of all lifecycle stages, ensuring milestone compliance for a major project.
Process: Execution of dynamic process simulations using specialized software to define the technical requirements and validate the plant's operational flow.
Engineering design & integration: Development of multidisciplinary engineering (Civil, Road, Drainage, Mechanical, and Electrical). Integration of all disciplines through 3D modeling for interference detection and design optimization.
Procurement management: Preparation of technical bidding documents and execution of technical-economic evaluations of the received proposals.
Commissioning: Execution of startup equipment to guarantee final plant operability according to business requirements.
