Project Overview

A major client aimed to expand its internal pulp storage capacity to maximize annual production. Our role focused on serving as the integrating link between the process provider and various technical disciplines.

The primary goal was to consolidate multi-area requirements into an integrated, functional design, ensuring constructability and operational efficiency.

Our Company Scope

Integrated design management: Coordination and consolidation of all technical disciplines, translating process requirements into integrated engineering solutions to prevent cost overruns due to interferences.

Tender document: Preparation of detailed technical specifications and bidding documents to ensure contractor alignment with project standards.

Site supervision: On-site technical direction to ensure construction quality and strict compliance with delivery deadlines.

High-altitude lifting engineering: Planning and supervision of the critical assembly maneuver for the main tank at a height of 66 meters.
